Being part of companies ranked among the top 500 in Turkish industry has always been a source of pride for me professionally.This journey, which began with maintenance field engineering, expanded to include technical projects such as various machine or plant installations, cost-saving projects, machine revisions, and workshop management, as well as the design and implementation of production facilities. The sectors I have worked in include chemical plants such as solid soap, glycerin, cosmetics-personal care, acid filling, liquid detergent, ready-mix concrete additives, and polyester button production, as well as diaper-feminine hygiene product manufacturing facilities, and even FMCG facilities like sugar-chocolate and powdered food production. The business processes I am experienced in include maintenance management – breakdown tracking and repair processes, Kaizen – 5S studies, TPM system establishment, and digitalization of maintenance systems, which are essential topics today. In this context, I have conducted various studies on Industry 4.0. Additionally, I have served as a PM – project manager in factory installation projects, the most significant of which are:– A 33,000 m² Cosmetics – Personal Care factory,– A 20,000 m² Chocolate – Confectionery factory,– A 6,000 m² Concrete Additives Chemicals factory,– A 10,000 m² logistics warehouse. Regarding project management, I hold a PM certificate approved by Istanbul Commerce University.For me, working means sharing my knowledge and, in doing so, adding value to companies’ lives.
